Americas Home Place House Construction Review from Albany, Georgia
The Tallahassee office is terrible. No matter what, they always blame every problem or issue on the customer.
We started a small house back in January. It is now mid August and it still is not complete. But it isn't their problem, it is mine? Because it takes them WEEKS to give you a change order to sign?
And because they ordered things wrong and sprayed texture on the walls when we didn't ask them to. No one calls you back, emails you back. Nothing.
The only person who has done anything helpful was the job site person when we took our problems to him and he shouldn't be dealing with paperwork, he should be on the job site. That office needs to get it together.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

This seems to be a trend. Jason has messed up everything that he has touched.He is ruining the entire experiance. He should GO!
I am relieved to hear that someone else has experianced tha same problems that we did. We moved in less than a year ago.
The sales team and projectmanager were great. The manager (Jason) on the otherhand, made our lives horrible.
we ended up accepting things that we did not want and paid for stuff that we did not recieve just to be done with him. TALLAHASSEE OFFICE needs to remove Jason and do the right thing.
Has antone ever had a response from AHP to any post on this site? I dont think they care.
It is clear that management doesn't.
Sad that a company will let "Customers" be ignored. Never again!
